I live around the corner from the store. I was having problems with my car so I came to the store. first no one even ask if they could help me and I saw three employees which were not busy! I had to approach one of them. Even after I told the man my problem he just handed me a product and told me that's what I needed to get. I bought the product and asked the man who checked me out if he didn't mind just showing me where to put it under the hood. he acted like I was imposing on something he was busy doing even know he was just standing around. it ended up not being the item I needed so we walked back into the store so he could return my item. He needed a managers approval and she was know where around, around waiting for about 10 mins, his response was I don't know where she went, why don't you just come back!! not even a apology for the long wait! honestly one of the worse customer service experiences that I have ever had! even though it is closer to me than most auto stores I will not return to this one, I rather take the rise for better service! Feedback: Much better customer service!! and help
